He began his career as a professor and later Dean at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, one of India’s most prestigious institutions. Transitioning to international roles, he served as a Public Sector Adviser at the United Nations and was part of the UN Secretary-General’s Management Efficiency Group. During his time with the World Bank, he conducted the first evaluation of Nobel Laureate Mohammed Yunus’ Grameen Bank in Bangladesh.

Dr. Kaul’s leadership flourished as he founded the Commonwealth Business Forum and the Commonwealth Business Council, becoming its first Director-General. At the Commonwealth Secretariat, he served as Director of Management Development, guiding critical global initiatives. Over the years, he has been a board member of ICICI Bank (UK), the UK India Business Council, the World Bank Africa Virtual University and the Royal Overseas League.

Today, he continues to influence policy and trade as President of the India Partnership Forum, a think tank formed post-Brexit and as a board member of Crown Agents Foundation. As an educator, Mahesh teaches entrepreneurship and startup valuation as a Professor of Practice at Krea University and a visiting faculty at ISB, the National Police Academy and the National Academy of Direct Taxes. Swaminathan is a techno-banker with over four decades of diverse experience in banking, financial technology and retail payment systems. His extensive career spans leadership roles in organisations like Tata Consultancy Services, Financial Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Andhra Bank, where he managed project execution, pre-sales, contract management, IT operations and corporate governance.

Since 2008, Swaminathan has been associated with Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services Ltd., contributing his expertise to drive impactful financial inclusion.

A Mathematics graduate from the University of Madras and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Swaminathan is extensively trained in banking, software programming and retail payments technology. His career is a testament to the seamless integration of traditional banking principles with modern technological innovations.

Krishnamurthy is an entrepreneur, advisor and finance professional with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries. He serves as Co-President (Advisor) of the Keiretsu Forum for the Chennai and Singapore chapters, part of one of the world’s largest angel funding groups. He is also the Senior Partner at G. Natesan & Co., Chartered Accountants and an advisor to leading organisations such as RediSolve Software Services Pvt. Ltd., Vajro Inc., RAP Inc., Proscaler.AI (US) and Swirepay Inc. (US Board Member). Additionally, he chairs the board of KRUU Inc.

In 1989, Mr. Krishnamurthy co-founded Professional Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (PMC), which became a premier service provider in the banking and financial services industry and was acquired by Sundaram Finance in 2009. His entrepreneurial achievements also include two successful exits—one in India’s MFI sector and another in Silicon Valley’s Indoor GPS space.

With deep expertise in retail consumer banking, process management, credit consultancy, audits and management consulting, Mr. Krishnamurthy has built a reputation for strategic insight and operational excellence.

A B.Com graduate and qualified FCA and FCS, he is also certified to serve as an Independent Director on the boards of listed and major companies, making him a trusted leader in corporate governance and finance.

Suresh is a strategic leader with nearly three decades of experience in senior management roles, including Group CFO, COO and CEO, as well as in business advisory and virtual CFO services across India and overseas.

He is currently the Director of Winnii Solutions Private Ltd. and the CFO of Southern Health Foods Private Ltd., where he drives financial and operational excellence.

A certified Resolution Professional and Valuation Professional specialising in securities and financial assets, Mr. Suresh is well-versed in corporate governance and compliance. He is trained in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Harnessing at IIM Ahmedabad and has cleared both the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code – Limited Solvency Examination and the Registered Valuers Examination of the IBBI.

A Registered Independent Director with IICA, Mr. Suresh has also successfully completed the Independent Director proficiency assessment.

Ranganathan is a Finance and Compliance Professional with over four decades of diverse experience in India and abroad, spanning finance, accounts, secretarial practice, trading, operations and management.

He served as the Head of Finance for a prominent industrial group and led the operations of a leading trading and manufacturing company in Nigeria for over 25 years. His extensive Indian experience includes managing the IPO process as a Company Secretary, overseeing internal audits at the Shipping Corporation of India, handling secretarial functions for shares and debentures with Tata Share Registry Ltd. and managing factory accounts and administration for an engineering company, all based in Mumbai.

A highly accomplished academic, Mr. Ranganathan holds a B.Com degree and is a Fellow Member of ICMA (FICWAI) and FCS, achieving numerous accolades, including a University of Madras Rank in B.Com, Third Rank in ICWA (Inter), First Rank in CS (Inter) and First Rank with a Gold Medal in CS (Final).

He is a Registered Independent Director with IICA, eligible for board appointments across various entities. A Certified Merchant Banker from NISM, he has also earned multiple certifications, including those from NSE on securities trading and options, IICA on corporate governance, ICSI on IPO issuance and Independent Director roles and MCCI on CSR.

Mr. Sasikumar is a seasoned Accounts and Administration professional with over three decades of extensive experience in accounts, audit and general administration across diverse industries.

His career includes key roles at organisations such as Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd., Hi Tours, Mamallapuram Pvt. Ltd., Century Consultants (India) Ltd., Galadari Sons Trading LLC. and West Asia Commercial House-Dubai, where he excelled in overseeing accounts, audits and administrative operations.

Mr. Sasikumar has been a dedicated part of Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services Ltd. since its inception in January 2008, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
