Dr. Kaul was involved in establishing the G8 Business Action for Africa, Business Action for Asia, Business Action Against Corruption, Business Action for Corporate Governance, Micro-Financing, Investment Climate Facility in Africa, Africa Recruit, NEPAD Business Group, South Asia Trade and Investment Network, China-India-Brazil-Africa Business Forum, Commonwealth-Middle East Business Forum and the UK-India Business Leaders Forum

Dr. Kaul’s international assignments include assisting the South African government of President Mandela on public service reforms, advising the Prime Minister’s department of the Malaysian government in the areas of information technology, management and economic policies.  Dr. Kaul organized the first international conference on Human Resource development for the post-Apartheid South Africa in 1994.

Dr. Kaul has lead a number of Commonwealth Programmes and international advisory assignments relating to good governance, public sector reforms, human resource development, privatization, private sector development and related areas in over 40 countries

Dr. Kaul has authored a number of publications, including: An Outsider’s
Inside View, 2000: From Problem to Solution: Commonwealth Strategies for Reform: Managing the Public Service, 1995, Management Reform in Government: A Review of International Practices and Strategies.

 A successful Serial Entrepreneur, was a non-executive Director on the Boards of several multi-national Companies. MBA from University of Westminster, Masters in Management (Sloan Fellow of London Business School) from University of London.

Mr. Mahesh Ramachandran has been associated with Commonwealth Business Council for over a decade; was involved in CBC’s Inclusive Growth initiatives

Mr. Mahesh Ramachandran also acts as Trustee and/or non executive director of Global Business Council for United Nations, Gift of Vision and Mind.

Mr. Mahesh Ramachandran brings with him over two decades of rich & varied experience in the field of Information Technology, Management & Governance.

Prof. Krishnan advises the Company on Marketing & Strategy

Prof. Krishnan is an active Researcher, an effective Teacher and a sough-after Consultant.

Prof. Krishnan’s research has been published in all top-tier marketing journals including Management Science, Marketing Science and Journal of Marketing Research. His research interests are primarily in the areas of new product adoption process and growth forecasting, choice modelling, pricing, channel issues and licensing.

Prof. Krishnan has written two award winning case studies and one of them concerns analyzing the introduction strategies of a new product introduced in Europe.

Prof. Krishnan’s consulting projects include both ad-hoc assignments with various companies in Singapore, India and the US, and a long-term project in the upstream oil and gas industry. The ad-hoc assignments are in the area of new product introduction strategies, growth forecasting and channel related strategic issues.
